As I gear up to head to The Big Easy for Momenta Workshop’s 2017 Project New Orleans, I found myself digging up a food photography project I shot there a few years back. After a few days of “working” on the project, I realized that eating my way through this magnificent town might be the end result, with hopefully a few photos to show for my efforts. I packed it in (and the lbs. on) and visited a slew of eateries, big and small. Following are photos from some NOLA greats: sunrise beignets at Cafe` du Monde, a Friday afternoon crawfish boil at Rivershack Tavern, fresh seafood at Westwego Shrimp Lot, Camellia Grill, and Stein’s Market & Deli.
